• In your role as a Technical Sales Representative at GMP Pros, you will manage the complete sales cycle—from initial outreach to securing a signed contract.
• Conduct high-volume, targeted outreach to leaders in engineering, quality, and operations within pharmaceutical, biotech, and animal health manufacturing sectors.
• Utilize LinkedIn, HubSpot, email sequences, and phone communications to establish a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
• Identify new contacts and accounts that align with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Oversee the entire sales process from the first discussion through discovery, proposal, negotiation, and contract finalization.
• Participate in industry trade shows and conferences to generate leads and represent the GMP Pros brand effectively.
• Facilitate a smooth transition of signed contracts to our internal delivery and staffing team with a comprehensive handoff.
• Maintain connections with warm contacts and existing clients to uncover expansion opportunities and referrals.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for accounts during periods between active engagements.
• Keep detailed records of all outreach, discussions, and pipeline activities in HubSpot.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound sales, account management, or business development.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; degrees in life sciences, biology, chemistry, engineering, or related fields are highly valued, but other qualifications will be considered.
• Proficient in using CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) and LinkedIn for prospecting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated—thrives in a high-accountability environment without the need for constant oversight.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to client locations and industry events as required.
