This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Discover opportunities, generate leads, and enhance the customer network within the Commercial Roof Coatings sector.

• Engage with key decision-makers throughout the commercial construction process.

• Oversee, monitor, and allocate major projects to boost sales opportunities for our clientele.

• Stimulate demand at the distribution level by organizing training events and setting up showroom displays.

• Cultivate relationships across all distribution levels and with the existing Preferred Contractor network.

• Recognize market gaps and target contractors for conversion initiatives.

• Provide training for contractors both on-site and off when appropriate, and assist them with roof assessments and project-specific specifications.


⛳️ Requirements

• At a minimum, a High School Diploma with no less than 5 years of proven commercial sales experience in a building materials setting.

• A Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred along with at least 5 years of proven commercial sales experience in a building materials environment.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Specification Sales.

• Essential industry experience and knowledge related to commercial construction, building materials, hardscapes, and liquid applied systems.

• Required advanced communication and organizational skills.

• Strong presentation and public speaking abilities are mandatory.

• Proficient in using commercial construction databases, including Dodge Analytics and Salesforce CRM tools.

• A valid driver’s license is necessary.
