
Technical Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with new and existing customers across industrial, manufacturing, commercial, and laboratory sectors.
• Identify and assess sales prospects for industrial process water and high-purity water systems, including MODI and PEDI trailers.
• Perform customer needs evaluations and suggest suitable products and services based on technical specifications.
• Create and present proposals, presentations, and quotes to potential and current clients.
• Oversee the sales process from initial lead generation to contract finalization.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and service contracts to secure profitable sales.
• Work together with internal technical, operations, and service teams to guarantee effective project implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve or surpass established sales objectives and performance metrics.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline is preferred; comparable industry experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Sales experience is required, ideally in industrial water treatment, water systems, technical equipment, or a related B2B setting.
• Proven track record in selling technical products and services to industrial, manufacturing, commercial, and/or laboratory clientele.
• Strong knowledge of consultative selling, account development, and the complete sales cycle.
• Capability to read, comprehend, and convey technical information pertinent to process water and high-purity water systems.
• Demonstrated success in establishing and nurturing long-term client relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, including proficiency in preparing proposals and delivering presentations.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and closing skills.
