This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Develop and implement the go-to-market strategy, quotas, segmentation, and territory design for U.S. commercial accounts.
• Lead, mentor, and expand a team of Corporate Account Executives - focusing on recruitment, training, and achieving results.
• Assess pipeline health, provide forecasts, and enhance conversion metrics across various stages.
• Create sales playbooks, sales motions, objection handling frameworks, and deal models specifically designed for voice AI and conversational applications.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, growth, and customer success teams to ensure alignment in messaging, positioning, and cross-sell/expansion initiatives.
• Establish feedback mechanisms to collect insights from prospects and clients to inform the product roadmap.
• Personally manage key strategic deals (especially early or major logos) to set a leading example.
• Over 5 years of experience in SaaS or technology sales as a top performer; previous sales leadership experience of 2+ years is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in scaling Account Executive teams and exceeding revenue goals.
• Comprehensive knowledge of sales metrics, funnel optimization, and best practices in the sales process.
• Experience in selling technical, AI, or API solutions to senior-level stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication skills, stakeholder management, and ability to collaborate across functions.
