This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Build and nurture customer relationships.
• Propel sales growth through virtual selling, strategically upselling, and cross-selling products that align with targeted markets.
• Meet monthly telephone and activity objectives while enhancing the health of the sales pipeline and surpassing sales forecasts through customer engagement, business plan development, and implementation.
• Partner with field sales representatives when suitable.
• Present new dental care and oral hygiene products to appropriate customers and prospects.
• Generate sales within assigned distribution channels in managed territories.
• Develop and maintain a dynamic sales plan that includes strategies and tactics to meet annual sales targets.
• Exhibit a strong level of procedural and technical product knowledge to pinpoint products that fulfill customer requirements.
• Achieve sales quotas, maintain sales quality, and uphold sales productivity metrics.
• Exchange best practices with the team to foster a positive team atmosphere.
• Recognize market trends and account requirements.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to employment) along with at least two years of experience in sales and/or the dental sector, OR a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to employment) with a minimum of seven years of experience in sales and/or the dental field.
• At least one year of experience in outside sales and/or inside sales.
• Experience in account management.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com is preferred.
• Competencies include solution selling, active listening skills, and commitment acquisition.
• Capability to work effectively within a sales team environment.
• Creative problem-solving skills are advantageous.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment.
• Strong organizational abilities, ensuring tasks are completed and high productivity levels are maintained while working both in-office and remotely.
