This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.
• Consistently surpass your sales targets by retaining, expanding, and prospecting clients within your designated account territory.
• Leverage product expertise alongside an understanding of customers’ project goals to create distinctive value propositions backed by financial impact assessments and feasibility studies.
• Utilize Salesforce for managing customer relationships effectively.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, meetings, and seminars to promote products and stay informed about industry advancements.
• Establish, nurture, and strengthen relationships with key individuals for product development and sales initiatives.
• Willingness to travel nationally on a regular basis.
• A commitment to self-education and learning about new products, services, and business processes.
• Additional responsibilities include proposals, pricing, presentations, forecasting, program management, and other duties as necessary.
• Identify key customer stakeholders and quickly establish connections to facilitate consensus for deals; collaborate effectively with a diverse range of internal stakeholders to ensure deal success.
• Strategically address deal-level challenges both independently and in collaboration with others.
• A minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a safe driving record with few traffic violations.
• Candidates must be at least 18 years old to operate a company vehicle.
• Willingness and ability to travel to customer locations—70% travel is expected.
• Availability for overnight travel is required.
• A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in a specific industry is advantageous, particularly with a demonstrated track record of success in selling advanced battery chemistries.
