
Technical Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Propel the growth of EnerSys by delivering technical and commercial sales support for integrated DC power, energy storage, and lifecycle service solutions within designated markets and territories.
• Facilitate system-level selling of DC plants, batteries, enclosures, monitoring solutions, and lifecycle services.
• Convert customer needs into technical solution concepts that align with the EnerSys and Alpha portfolios.
• Engage with customers, EPCs, integrators, and OEMs regarding application, specification, and architectural discussions.
• Aid senior sales leaders in opportunity qualification, proposal development, and deal progression.
• Collaborate with Applications Engineering on intricate or customized system designs.
• Manage opportunity activities and assist in maintaining accurate forecasting.
• Work in conjunction with Product Management, Operations, and Services to develop customer solutions.
• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, applications engineering, or solution-oriented selling.
• Familiarity with DC power systems, energy storage, UPS, or other related industrial power technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Must meet the company’s driving requirements.
