This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Contribute to the revenue expansion of the PA portfolio by influencing specifications and aiding in the success of strategic projects.
• Identify and cultivate PA opportunities within designated regions and vertical markets.
• Provide active support for significant pursuits through technical assistance, solution positioning, and competitive differentiation.
• Act as a Public Address subject matter expert for Regional Sales Managers and Business Development teams.
• Develop and implement Public Address go-to-market strategies that align with regional and vertical priorities through the growth team.
• Aid in creating vertical-specific value propositions, reference architectures, and sales enablement materials.
• Deliver structured market insights regarding competitive activities, customer requirements, and product deficiencies to marketing and product management.
• Offer L2 regional technical support for PA systems, covering system architecture, design reviews, and solution validation.
• Assist in project designs, drawings, and technical documentation to facilitate bids and proposals.
• Support the system commissioning strategy, manage escalations, and resolve L2 technical issues as necessary.
• Serve as a technical intermediary between the growth team and the level three application support team.
• Gather and relay Voice of Customer insights throughout the product lifecycle.
• Engage in product feedback loops concerning roadmap planning, certifications, and compliance requirements.
• Facilitate local and regional certification efforts associated with Public Address standards and regulations.
• Represent Public Address at industry events, trade shows, roadshows, and customer briefings.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related client-facing position.
• Strong technical aptitude with the capability to effectively communicate technical solutions to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with public address (PA) systems and audio technologies.
• Foundational understanding of networking concepts and infrastructure.
• Prior experience or exposure within the relevant industry is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% as required.
