This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Manage the selection process by identifying and evaluating candidates, conducting initial phone interviews, facilitating in-person interviews, and collecting feedback from both clients and candidates.
• Establish and nurture a robust network of candidates through market research and continuous bench management, showcasing the ability to anticipate client needs and hiring manager preferences by achieving strong submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios.
• Create an innovative and proactive recruitment strategy to source both passive and active candidates.
• Present exceptional talent for open roles and effectively address objections during the hiring process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers (clients) on final selections, compensation discussions, and recruitment processes, focusing on delivering value and prioritizing the client's best interests.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Ensure that weekly and monthly submission and hiring targets are achieved.
• Update and manage reports, including applicant tracking system data and other related administrative tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively handle all facets of recruiting, including competitive market analysis, passive candidate sourcing, advanced internet searches, negotiation, and closing candidates while achieving results in a dynamic, metrics-driven recruiting environment.
• Capability to surpass performance expectations and objectives, as well as incorporate feedback to reach desired results.
• Maintain awareness of the recruiting pipeline at all times.
• Strong client-centric approach and dedication to continuous improvement.
• Proficient in executing recruitment strategies, including clear communication of RPO and client relationships.
• Possesses excellent time management skills, embraces change, and demonstrates adaptability when priorities shift.
• Actively engages with the recruiting team and seeks ways to add value while promoting an environment of open collaboration.
• Proven computer skills, including intermediate proficiency in MS Office, experience with applicant tracking systems, and a robust presence on social media.
