This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, assess, and cultivate new business opportunities within the Semiconductor and Microelectronics sectors.
• Generate and sustain a strong pipeline through market analysis, networking, industry participation, and follow-up on leads.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and service solutions that meet customer needs and align with Astro Pak's capabilities.
• Achieve or surpass revenue, margin, and growth targets.
• Build and uphold strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within customer organizations.
• Act as a trusted advisor, assisting customers in overcoming complex challenges related to contamination control, precision cleaning, cleanroom, and ultra-high purity systems.
• Develop and sustain in-depth knowledge of Semiconductor and Microelectronics markets, industry trends, manufacturing processes, and customer requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Inside Sales, Estimating, Customer Service, and Operations teams to advance opportunities and ensure successful project delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technical Studies, or a related field.
• A minimum of 6-10 years of proven success in quota-carrying sales and business development.
• Demonstrated experience in selling to Semiconductor and/or Microelectronics markets.
• A solid track record of generating new business and expanding strategic customer accounts.
• Strong technical aptitude with the capability to understand and convey complex service solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
• A valid Class C driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to adhere to U.S. Export Control regulations and federally mandated requirements.
