This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Drive the commercial success of our expanding portfolio of ingredients, additives, nutrients, and functional systems for the food, health, and pharmaceutical sectors.
• Offer solution-oriented technical guidance to clients while keeping suppliers updated on market trends.
• Collaborate with our product specialists and application technologists to support product and application development.
• Manage and grow business with current clients while actively seeking new opportunities throughout the Benelux region.
• Meet sales targets and oversee projects from initial contact to successful execution.
• Work closely with our customer service team to ensure seamless operational performance.
• Analyze the market and our suppliers’ product offerings to identify new opportunities.
• Responsible for developing market strategies, purchasing, and selling assigned product groups.
• Cultivate strong relationships with our suppliers and customers.
• Visit clients to assess their needs and create value propositions.
• Participate in production trials at customer locations and implement small-scale trials in the application kitchen.
• Manage projects in close collaboration with the assigned Customer Service Manager.
• Align the sales strategy for suppliers' product groups with support from the Category Managers.
• Identify and understand customer needs to develop customized solutions.
• Conduct lab, small-scale, or industrial trials with clients.
• Follow up on offers and payments while developing and executing sales budgets and forecasts.
• A technical background in Food Technology is essential.
• Ability to combine technical knowledge with a robust commercial approach.
• Recognize opportunities, foster long-term relationships, and communicate with integrity and respect.
• Dynamic, results-oriented, and passionate about your work.
• Solution-focused with a desire to innovate alongside customers.
• Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is required.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP or CRM systems is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the Benelux and occasionally abroad for training, trade fairs, and partner meetings.
• Ability to resolve technological challenges and a passion for food product development.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Highly organized, dependable, and positive-minded.
• A valid driving license is necessary.
• Work within an international team with streamlined structures.

• Regular product and application training in our LAB.
