This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of 10 employees.
• Oversee procurement, facilities, and logistics operations.

• Practical experience in Procurement, Facilities, and Logistics.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, including effective communication, active listening, emotional intelligence, delegating abilities, and comfort in dynamic (startup-like) settings; adept at building and sustaining cross-functional relationships.
• Previous experience in rapidly growing environments is highly advantageous.
