Senior Supply Chain Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assist in managing inventory, forecasting, and supply chain planning, which includes MRP, production scheduling, and monthly updates.

• Oversee reconciliations, inventory counts, and adjustments across various warehouses in Canada and the U.S.

• Aid in defining and monitoring departmental KPIs to ensure efficiency in inventory and supply chain processes.

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Communications to synchronize production plans with demand forecasts.

• Support assembly operations by coordinating with manufacturing partners to address production, inventory, or quality challenges.

• Engage in monthly production planning meetings with assembly partners (e.g., Unique Global) and deliver status updates.

• Assist with purchase orders, vendor quotes, work orders, and raw material approvals to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.

• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, tracking performance and holding vendors accountable for their commitments.

• Work alongside Accounting to reconcile MCOG accounts and aid in financial reporting related to supply chain activities.

• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to support the product realization process, investigate product issues, and implement corrective and preventative measures.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or operations analysis, ideally within CPG or regulated sectors.

• Strong analytical abilities with experience in forecasting, MRP systems, and production planning.

• Knowledge of inventory control, purchasing, and assembly operations.

• Understanding of quality management systems and regulatory standards (ISO 13485, FDA, Health Canada).

• Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite or equivalent) and Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP).

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and external suppliers.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
