• Ensure the technical expertise of the direct sales team, distributors, and the active customer base.
• Meet with customers to provide technical presentations on our products, aiming for their approval and standardization within healthcare institutions such as hospitals, clinics, homecare providers, and others.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of competitors and comparable products in the market.
• Engage in continuous technical training.
• Participate in regular team meetings, articulating the progress of each customer from both technical and commercial viewpoints.
• Attend congresses, trade shows, events, and significant meetings.
• Conduct direct sales of products.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing with a specialization in Dermatology or Stomatherapy (Wound, Ostomy & Continence care).
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly with strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare sector, with significant expertise in Wound Care and a desirable understanding of the wound dressing market.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Valid driver's license (CNH) with driving experience.
