Technical Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the overall field support initiatives for Brooks at both Specialty Running Accounts (SRA) and Non-Specialty accounts.

• Assist the Sales and Marketing teams with product launches and in-store merchandising efforts.

• Collaborate with Sales management and Marketing to ensure the effectiveness of National Account sell-thru programs.

• Educate and inspire retailers, consumers, and all key contacts about Brooks' technology and product leadership.

• Serve as the brand's representatives, conveying brand positioning and competitor insights.

• Provide feedback and analysis using ForceManager (our CRM tool).

• Represent Brooks at running events and expos.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

• A minimum of 1 year of retail experience (Athletic Specialty is preferred).

• At least 2 years of Marketing/Sales experience within the sports industry is preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong presentation skills.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills.

• High attention to detail in planning, organization, and task execution.

• Ability to foresee how decisions can impact customers.

• Demonstrated innovation and initiative.

• Passionate involvement in Brooks' sports activities is a plus.

• Basic understanding of retail math, inventory management, product merchandising, and retail selling skills.

• Familiarity with performance athletic footwear, apparel, accessories, and their associated technologies.

• Knowledge of the biomechanics of human motion.

• Understanding of the local running community within the territory.

• Significant travel is required; must be willing to work weekends and extended hours as necessary.

• A valid driver’s license is mandatory and proof of a good driving record must be provided upon request.
