• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to define key requirements for the role.
• Deliver quality candidates that fulfill the specific criteria for each position.
• Efficiently manage a high volume of applicants.
• Maintain accurate and organized hiring data.
• Provide weekly recruiting reports to Hiring Managers, detailing the number of resumes reviewed, interviews conducted, and candidates recommended for the next steps.
• Ensure that every applicant receives an email response from Tango within 7 days of their application submission.
• Offer candidates timely and constructive feedback regarding their applications.
• Introduce candidates positively and personally to Tango's culture.
• Regularly follow up with candidates throughout the interview process.
• Manage job postings on LinkedIn, Indeed, and our Career Site while adhering to Tango's posting guidelines.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to ensure that the job description includes all necessary details to align with the talent market.
• Guarantee that candidates experience professionalism and leave with a favorable impression of Tango as an excellent workplace.
• Work closely with HR Business Partners to grasp the challenges faced by each business unit, ensuring Job Descriptions are precise and thorough.
• Partner with Finance to verify that salary benchmarks are in line with the talent market.
• Provide an outstanding hiring experience from the job offer to onboarding.
• Maintain an offer acceptance ratio of over 80%.
• Meet with Hiring Managers and HR Executives to ensure that offers receive full approval before they are extended.
• Communicate offers to candidates clearly and enthusiastically to generate excitement about the opportunity.
• Develop a tailored onboarding plan for each new hire and maintain regular communication leading up to their start date.
• Submit New Hire tickets to IT to guarantee that equipment is set up and ready for their first day.
• Coordinate and schedule all onboarding sessions for new hires during their first week at Tango.
• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience for Product & Engineering roles within a SaaS environment.
• In-house recruiting experience is essential.
• SaaS experience is required.
• Proven success in recruiting a high volume of quality candidates.
• Experience recruiting across various business units, with expertise in Product & Engineering.
• Familiarity with posting and managing candidates on job board platforms, including LinkedIn and Indeed.
• Experience in delivering new hire onboarding programs.
• Proficient in writing Job Descriptions.
• Experience using ATS systems (Mitratech Trakstar is our current system).
• Competent in Excel and tracking hiring metrics (e.g., time to fill, offer acceptance ratio).
• Strong communication skills with a focus on transparency.
• Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
• Strong collaboration skills, particularly across HR and Finance departments.
