This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Propel customer success by ensuring the effective implementation of Barista solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to convert business needs into actionable solutions.
• Facilitate deployment processes.
• Enhance employee experience through the efficient utilization of the Barista platform.
• Accountable for the design, configuration, testing, and support of Barista solutions, including third-party integrations and associated implementation components.
• Work in close partnership with customers and internal teams to guarantee that solutions are delivered precisely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and best practices.
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles within enterprise pre-sales or delivery environments.
• Practical experience with enterprise ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Ivanti, Jira, and other comparable tools.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a technical consulting or customer success capacity is highly preferred.
• Capability to quickly adapt to and learn new AI/ML/NLP technologies.
• Knowledge of ITSM or HR domains along with familiarity with industry best practices.
• Understanding of agentic AI and its real-world applications.
• A robust foundational knowledge of cloud applications, ITSM, ITIL, and CMDB concepts.
• Proficiency in one or more scripting languages, including Python, Perl, Unix shell, or Windows shell.
