Technical Project Manager – UAT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive UAT planning, execution, and approval processes.

• Develop and maintain test plans and test cases utilizing Azure DevOps or similar tools.

• Facilitate UAT kickoff meetings, onboard testers, and track execution progress.

• Supervise test advancement, manage defects, and ensure prompt resolution.

• Coordinate daily release activities, including readiness assessments and tracking dependencies.

• Collaborate with Engineering during SIT and release validation to uphold quality and completeness.

• Serve as the main contact during releases, offering status updates, identifying risks, and proposing mitigation strategies.

• Monitor and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when necessary.

• Promote operational readiness through training, access management, communication, and documentation.

• Preserve UAT and release artifacts, such as test plans, defect logs, release trackers, and status reports.

• Organize cross-functional meetings and collaborative sessions across various global time zones.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• 5–7 years of experience in program or project management focused on enterprise technology implementations.

• Over 5 years of experience in Release Management and UAT execution.

• More than 5 years of experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools for test management and defect tracking.

• At least 5 years of experience in enterprise systems testing, including ERP, procurement, finance, or operations systems.

• A minimum of 5 years of technical writing experience, encompassing test plans, release documentation, and reporting.

• Demonstrated experience in complex, cross-functional environments.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to manage timelines, dependencies, and priorities effectively.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
