Senior Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and guide a team of up to two Technical Project Managers

• Facilitate internal teams to ensure customers are onboarded within designated timelines

• Oversee stakeholder management to guarantee that customer requirements are accurately defined and met on schedule

• Liaise with both internal and external executives to provide updates on project progress

• Manage customer communications to ensure that expectations are effectively aligned

• Contribute to the enhancement of operational processes and best practices

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in software product, project, or client management

• Proven experience in managing large, intricate technology integration projects

• Strong project management skills, particularly in a dynamic tech environment

• Capability to collaborate across different time zones and with offshore teams

• Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) is preferred
