Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Supervise the customization of our platform to meet specific customer needs and requirements.

• Track customer expectations and ensure they are met.

• Guarantee a stable and consistent delivery process for client-requested features within the platform, from planning releases to managing feature interdependencies and the product lifecycle.

• Comprehend the effort necessary for product development, including team roles and their respective stages of involvement.

• Ensure that the product aligns with customer requirements.

• Hold responsibility for this product from our perspective.

• Deliver regular project status updates to clients to maintain transparency.

• Manage the project’s scope, allocate resources effectively, and ensure adherence to budget for optimal performance.

• Uphold high-quality standards through comprehensive testing prior to product releases.

• Establish key product metrics and monitor outcomes, adjusting goals based on performance feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in project management within B2B AI SaaS, ideally in BigTech or AI tech startups.

• A customer-centric and data-driven mindset is essential.

• Experience in product management within the tech sector, especially in launching AI and ML products, is advantageous, with a solid understanding of ML operations.

• Strong capability to analyze data, identify key metrics, comprehend technical requirements, and effectively communicate with the engineering team.

• Highly organized and self-motivated, possessing a strong sense of ownership and a results-oriented approach.

• Familiarity with development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and product frameworks is beneficial.
