IT Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Comprehensive project management: You will take charge of planning, overseeing, and successfully finalizing intricate IT and software projects on schedule, within defined parameters, and on budget.

• Strategic stakeholder engagement: You serve as the primary liaison among clients, partners, and our internal teams, ensuring clear and open communication.

• Resource and budget management: You will hold commercial accountability for project oversight, conduct effort estimations, and handle project risks.

• Change facilitation: You will actively assist client organizations during transformational initiatives and the implementation of new software frameworks and digital workflows.

• Ongoing enhancement: Following project completion, you will lead lessons-learned evaluations to perpetually refine project procedures and quality benchmarks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Robust project management experience: You possess a minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in managing IT and software projects, preferably within a consulting or agency setting.

• Methodological expertise: You are well-versed in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) as well as traditional or hybrid project management approaches.

• Technical knowledge: You have a solid grasp of IT infrastructures, cloud technologies (particularly within Atlassian or AWS/Azure ecosystems), and software development workflows.

• Commercial acumen: You are proficient in project oversight, budget management, and contract administration (scope and change request handling).

• Language skills: You communicate effectively and persuasively in German (C1/C2) and are fully fluent in English (B2+) to manage Atlassian documentation and vendor inquiries effortlessly.
