IT Project Manager – Scrum Certified

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget by effectively managing resources and schedules.

• Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to promote smooth project advancement and team synchronization.

• Work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and team members to establish clear project objectives, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring a mutual understanding of project goals.

• Ensure the team follows Scrum principles and practices, consistently improving processes to enhance efficiency and productivity while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

• Identify, document, and proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, creating mitigation strategies to address potential challenges and maintain project timelines.

• Monitor and report on project status, metrics, and key performance indicators, providing regular updates to stakeholders to ensure transparency and visibility into project progress.

• Cultivate a collaborative and positive team atmosphere, encouraging ongoing improvement and innovation, and promoting open communication and teamwork among all project members.

• Offer guidance and support to team members, helping them effectively implement Scrum practices and ensuring they have the necessary resources and knowledge to thrive.

⛳️ Requirements

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Scrum certification is mandatory.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Engineering) or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a concentration on Scrum methodologies.

• Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.

• Proficient in project management tools.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

• A dual monitor setup is necessary (at least 8GB of RAM).

• Must have a minimum internet speed of 25 MBPS.
