Technical Project Manager, Tokenization – Core

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Organize teams in JIRA: manage releases, milestones, sprint planning, and ceremonies

• Take ownership of the zerohash delivery calendar for your squads and maintain the ceremony rhythm

• Develop and oversee dashboard reporting that covers delivery, release, and velocity metrics

• Facilitate the delivery process from end-to-end: scoping → sizing → development → testing → validation → sign-off → production roll-out

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee dependencies, and drive execution

• Keep delivery plans updated, identify risks early, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery

• Implement best practices in the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) and promote process improvements across the function

• Assist teams with resource allocation

• Develop automated AI reporting that is scalable and applicable to various stakeholders

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline

• Over 6 years of experience in technical project management

• Background in fintech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency industries

• Expertise in Jira and the Atlassian product suite

• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional software development projects

• Strong grasp of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities

• Capability to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail

• Experience collaborating with remote or globally distributed teams

• Comprehensive understanding of tokenization platforms and core infrastructure services, including blockchain fundamentals, digital asset lifecycle, smart contracts, wallet and custody solutions, as well as identity and access management, and system integrations.
