Technical Project Manager, Spanish Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of projects from initiation through to live deployment and subsequent support.

• Manage scope, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables effectively.

• Collaborate closely with clients, technical teams, and partners to advance project progress.

• Conduct workshops, clarify requirements, document decisions, and ensure alignment among all parties.

• Identify potential risks early and address them proactively to prevent delivery challenges.

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the serialization domain to confidently lead related projects.

• Communicate fluently in both Spanish and English with clients and internal teams across various markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven project management experience within the pharmaceutical sector or another highly regulated field.

• Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.

• Eagerness to learn about serialization and its related aspects.

• Proficiency in Spanish at a C1 level or above.

• Proficiency in English at a C1 level or above.

• Strong work ethic, dependability, and accountability.

• A sincere desire for continuous learning, self-improvement, and professional growth.
