Technical Project Manager – Proposal Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of project management for Polish STATCOM initiatives (scope, schedule, cost, quality).

• Facilitate a seamless transition from project phase to service phase, ensuring readiness for long-term service.

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the execution and initial service phase, fostering strong relationships.

• Propel service growth (~35%) by uncovering upsell opportunities (LTSA, upgrades, lifecycle solutions).

• Assist with service-related proposals and contract negotiations associated with ongoing projects.

• Work collaboratively across functions to guarantee successful project delivery and promote future service growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or relevant experience.

• Demonstrated experience in project execution in the grid/HV infrastructure sector.

• Familiarity with service business and commercial processes.

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Polish.

• Willingness to travel approximately 30% or more.
