Technical Project Manager – Service Engineer, X-Ray

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the planning, management, and successful execution of installation and commissioning projects for our digital radiography (DR) systems – from order acceptance through to final handover to the client.

• Serve as the main point of contact for medical practices, hospitals, and internal stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Oversee all project phases, including scheduling, resource management, and coordination with both internal and external project participants.

• Facilitate regular project status meetings and ensure that project documentation is structured and up to date.

• Provide technical support for tenders and customer projects from an expert standpoint.

• Carry out maintenance, safety inspections, and metrological testing on DR systems.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site or via remote access to ensure uninterrupted system operation.

• Prepare comprehensive service reports and maintain technical data and documentation within the CRM system.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Service, and other departments to continually enhance the customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed training or degree in medical technology, electrical engineering, mechatronics, IT systems electronics, or a relevant qualification.

• Professional experience in technical service, project management, or preferably within medical technology/imaging diagnostics.

• Strong technical acumen and a passion for working with complex technical systems.

• Certification in radiation protection or a willingness to achieve such certification.

• A structured, independent, and solution-oriented work approach.

• High customer orientation, excellent communication skills, and a professional demeanor.

• A team player with a proactive attitude in a dynamic environment.

• Openness to travel within Germany.

• Proficient in German and English, both written and spoken.
