Technical Project Manager – Security, IT GRC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee projects pertaining to Information Security, Cybersecurity, IT Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance.

• Direct the planning, execution, governance, and delivery of key security programs.

• Facilitate coordination among security, infrastructure, architecture, development, cloud, audit, risk, and compliance teams.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Conduct governance forums and communicate with senior stakeholders effectively.

• Assist in audit remediation efforts and the implementation of security measures.

• Organize technology risk assessments and mitigation strategies.

• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulatory obligations, and business goals.

• Contribute to security transformation initiatives, data protection efforts, and risk management practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in advanced English for effective professional communication.

• Proven experience in managing technology projects and programs.

• Significant expertise in leading initiatives in Information Security, Cybersecurity, IT Governance, Risk Management, or Compliance.

• Skilled in managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.

• Experience in security transformation initiatives and enhancing technical controls.

• Ability to coordinate among security, audit, compliance, risk, infrastructure, architecture, cloud, and business teams.

• Familiarity with corporate governance, executive reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

• Knowledgeable about risk management and information security frameworks and practices.

• Excellent communication skills with the capability to engage with leadership and various business areas.

• Experience in financial institutions, such as banks, fintechs, insurers, asset managers, or wealth managers is advantageous.

• Prior experience with global consulting firms is a plus.

• Familiarity with Cloud Security, IAM (Identity and Access Management), and data protection initiatives is desirable.

• Background in financial services, particularly in Wealth & Asset Management, is a plus.
