Technical Project Manager – Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Participate in discussions with team members, clients, and project sponsors to establish project goals, success metrics, and priorities.

• Oversee and execute multiple simultaneous projects utilizing a combination of Agile (Scrum) and traditional project management methodologies.

• Create and sustain project plans, timelines, status updates, and delivery roadmaps.

• Address project risks, challenges, dependencies, and resources across various projects.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and demonstrations.

• Offer technical guidance throughout the complete Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for assigned initiatives.

• Collaborate with data engineers on data pipelines, data warehousing, reporting, and integration solutions.

• Gather, document, and manage both business and system requirements.

• Convert business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Conduct and supervise SQL-based data analysis, validation, and quality assurance processes.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

• Ensure clear and consistent communication while delivering presentations.

• Leverage Artificial Intelligence tools to boost productivity and enhance project outcomes.

• Mentor junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in data engineering, healthcare analytics, data science, and AI to keep BerryDunn at the forefront of the industry.

• Ensure all data solutions adhere to industry standards, regulations, and security protocols, especially those pertinent to healthcare.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience leading enterprise data management, data integration, or data analytics technical projects.

• Experience managing projects within Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery settings.

• Strong foundation in system implementation, data engineering, or analytics projects.

• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and requirements management.

• Proficient knowledge of SQL for data analysis purposes.

• Experience in developing, sustaining, and managing project artifacts.

• Practical experience with managing/administering projects in Jira.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively conveying information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and leadership capabilities.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.

• A collaborative mindset with a friendly and professional attitude, along with the flexibility to adapt to changing needs and priorities.

• Ability to work efficiently with colleagues and a diverse clientele during both intense collaboration and self-directed initiatives.

• A bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are advantageous.
