Manager – Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Facilitate and conduct Scrum events effectively.

• Eliminate obstacles and encourage teamwork.

• Assist the Product Owner and foster ongoing enhancements.

• Maintain documentation related to processes.

• Ensure adherence to agile principles.

• Employ Agile tools to manage scrum tasks.

• Guide team members on agile values and principles.

• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders.

• Update systems for tracking agile progress.

• Generate actionable insights based on analytics.

• Suggest enhancements and support changes to best practices.

• Aid development managers and project leaders.

• Facilitate both internal and external communication.

• Empower teams to become self-sufficient.

• Engage in organizing and planning the development timeline.

• Adjust project plans and adapt to evolving requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6-10+ years of professional experience.

• 2-5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager.

• Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making.

• Skilled in collaboration, communication, and teamwork.

• Embrace a growth mindset (agility and personal development).

• Strong execution and delivery (planning, implementation, and support) skills.

• Scrum Master Certification required.

• Project Management Certification required.

• Experience in the Healthcare sector.

• Understanding of software development processes.

• Scrum Master experience with teams involved in complex large-scale applications.

• Familiarity with Agile collaboration tools such as CA Rally, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, etc.

• Knowledge of resource allocation, forecasting, and budgeting.
