• Take charge of delivering our most significant multi-party engagement.
• Assume responsibility for other projects, including frontier-model red teaming engagements and government RFPs.
• Manage the request for proposals (RFP) and opportunity pipeline.
• Oversee the entire red-team hiring pipeline.
• Conduct daily pipeline management, including candidate correspondence, scheduling, and early advance/reject calls.
• Actively seek out and recruit top talent.
• Identify process bottlenecks and enhance workflow efficiency.
• Assist in writing job descriptions, planning and conducting work trials, supporting candidates throughout their experience, and assessing them at the conclusion.
• Extensive program or engagement management experience (>5 years) in a fast-paced technical environment.
• Proven history of delivering intricate multi-party programs within strict deadlines.
• Familiarity with the technical aspects of our work.
• Experience in running or significantly contributing to technical recruiting efforts.
• Proficiency in drafting proposals, responses to RFPs, or similar written documents.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently with sound judgment in high-pressure situations.
• We offer sponsorship for US or Singapore visas.
• Anticipate up to one trip per month for convenings, government meetings, or team gatherings.
