Senior Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and execute projects from initial concept to completion, encompassing project scope, timeline, and execution, while collaborating closely with engineers and architects.

• Actively create and maintain a backlog of user stories or tasks to propel the project forward.

• Identify and mitigate bottlenecks, manage escalations, foresee trade-offs, and balance business needs with technical limitations.

• Deliver regular, high-level reporting on project progress and results to clients and internal stakeholders.

• Play a key role in shaping the long-term strategy for enhancing project delivery within professional services.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related discipline.

• Proven progressive experience as a project manager in Software Delivery or complex technical projects involving enterprise clients.

• Proficiency in utilizing various project management and/or agile methodologies.

• Familiarity with industry-specific project management and technical delivery frameworks for software (e.g., Project Management Institute (PMI) methodologies, agile/scrum, and/or software SDLC).

• A self-motivated approach with the capability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Established ability to juggle multiple projects concurrently while ensuring meticulous attention to detail.

• Understanding of the software development lifecycle, with preferable experience in an agile and/or DevOps setting.

• Proven capacity to think strategically regarding business, products, and technical obstacles.
