Technical Project Manager – Migration Factory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee all stages of migration projects, from the initial planning and strategy formulation to the final delivery and stabilization.

• Manage the scope, timelines, budget, resources, risks, and dependencies for various programs.

• Facilitate coordination among architecture, infrastructure, cloud, security, development, operations, and business teams.

• Plan and monitor migration phases to ensure minimal disruption to ongoing operations.

• Lead testing, deployment, cutover, and activities related to post-migration stabilization.

• Collaborate with global teams, executive leadership, and technical experts within highly regulated environments.

• Assist clients in modernizing their technology within the financial sector through cloud migration, application modernization, infrastructure upgrades, and digital transformation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in advanced English for professional communication.

• Demonstrated experience in technology project and program management.

• Proven track record of leading technology migration projects and digital transformation initiatives.

• Familiarity with application modernization programs and cloud transformation efforts.

• Experience in managing scope, timelines, budget, resources, risks, and dependencies effectively.

• Knowledge of methodologies and best practices for overseeing complex projects.

• Capability to coordinate multiple technical teams and business areas simultaneously.

• Background in project governance, executive reporting, and stakeholder management.

• Strong communication and influencing skills when working with multidisciplinary teams and leadership.

• Experience in large and complex corporate environments.

• Background in financial institutions, including banks, fintechs, insurers, asset managers, or wealth managers is advantageous.

• Experience with global consulting firms is a plus.

• Familiarity with financial services, particularly in Wealth & Asset Management, is an advantage.
