This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Transform vague executive directives into well-structured execution plans with defined milestones, responsibilities, and dependencies.
• Take full ownership of project timelines and foster accountability among stakeholders proactively.
• Identify potential risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks ahead of time to prevent them from becoming obstacles.
• Escalate issues thoughtfully and provide context when leadership input is necessary.
• Maintain documentation and visibility systems that facilitate consistent and repeatable execution.
• Collaborate with engineering and IT leaders to decompose technical initiatives into actionable project plans.
• Monitor technical dependencies across infrastructure, vendors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate delivery schedules for technical implementations and rollouts.
• Ensure that technical decisions and risks are accurately documented and effectively communicated to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Keep status updates current across remediation boards and visibility systems so that leadership is never left seeking updates.
• Lead project meetings and distill discussions into clear action items and written summaries.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external vendors throughout the delivery process.
• Convert engineering and IT progress into straightforward language updates for leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Oversee security remediation programs and infrastructure enhancements.
• Manage cloud environment buildouts and internal platform rollouts.
• Handle device management initiatives, including tablets, endpoints, and related tools.
• Implement IT tools and integrate vendors.
• Oversee internal system migrations and upgrades to operational infrastructure.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience managing complex cross-functional technical projects.
• Proven experience in at least one of the following areas: IT system rollouts, security or compliance programs, internal platform migrations, or technical vendor implementations.
• Demonstrated capability to function effectively in ambiguous environments where a defined playbook is absent.
• Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
• A history of driving stakeholder engagement and ensuring accountability without needing extensive oversight.
• Comfortable working directly with engineers and IT specialists.
• Ability to comprehend technical discussions related to infrastructure, security, and systems, and translate them into clear plans and updates on progress.
• A strong sense of ownership and a tendency to prioritize action over rigid processes.
• You will receive compensation in **USD** (bi-monthly: on the 15th and 30th).
