This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of delivery execution across various projects or intricate project scopes.

• Manage the client relationship at the project level effectively.

• Drive the implementation process from initial scope through to commissioning.

• Provide mentorship to junior project managers.

• Facilitate coordination across different regions, cultures, and time zones while ensuring consistency in execution.

• Oversee technical implementation projects related to telecommunications infrastructure, structured cabling, audiovisual systems, security, acoustics, and both wired and wireless networks.

• Align staffing, execution standards, and delivery priorities in collaboration with Team Leads and Project Managers.

• Identify opportunities for workflow optimization and suggest additional technical services to enhance project outcomes.

• Ensure execution stability, financial predictability, client confidence, and foster account continuity.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

• Over 6 years of project management experience within an AEC or professional services setting, including overseeing multiple projects or complex scopes.

• Experience in managing client-facing implementation projects that require cross-functional coordination.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects with strong scope control, adherence to schedules, and financial awareness.

• Demonstrated technical leadership in coordinating implementations across multi-disciplinary project environments.

• Strong understanding of contract terms, scope control, and related documentation such as Professional Services Agreement (PSA) and Additional Services Agreement (ASA).

• Solid practical knowledge of enterprise technology delivery and troubleshooting during the implementation phase.

• Ability to interpret design documentation and coordinate construction and implementation dependencies.

• High proficiency in Asana, Microsoft 365 Suite, Google Workspace, Bluebeam, GitHub, VantagePoint, MS Project, Procore, and Navisworks.

• Familiarity with enterprise scheduling and delivery tools is advantageous.

• Industry certifications:

• PMP — required

• PgMP — preferred

• PfMP — preferred

• RCDD — preferred

• CTS-D — preferred

• CPP — preferred

• PSP — preferred

• CDT — preferred
