This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Collaborating with account teams to assess customer architecture and provide top-tier solutions.
• Ensuring customer success by emphasizing best practices and aiding in the development of a long-term web performance and security strategy.
• Working cross-functionally to evaluate and guarantee integration efficiency, deliver exceptional service, and foster customer engagement.
• Recognizing service enhancements and potential issues to promote continuous improvements in the quality of customer service.
• Engaging in internal projects to contribute to best practices, enhance our methodology, and improve integration quality.
• Mentoring and coaching team members to share expertise and support team development.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role within the IT sector.
• Familiarity with web technologies such as HTTP/DNS or other web development methodologies and languages.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to diverse stakeholders.
• Capability to serve as a technical consultant, fostering trusted relationships with stakeholders at various levels.
• Experience in managing and delivering technical projects while handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Enthusiastic about collaborating as part of a global team with a genuine can-do attitude.
