📋 Description

• Acting as the primary contact for clients, overseeing web performance or security initiatives.

• Collaborating with business teams to facilitate seamless integration, deliver high-quality services, and maintain ongoing customer relations.

• Recognizing opportunities for service enhancements and addressing issues to improve the standard of customer service delivery.

• Effectively communicating in a customer-facing capacity with both internal and external stakeholders to convey information and deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 5 years of pertinent Project Management experience in Consulting or the IT sector, along with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or its equivalent.

• Exhibit experience in a customer-facing position within the Information Technology field, including the delivery of technical projects.

• Demonstrate knowledge of network technologies, web security, media technologies, and fundamental Internet protocols such as DNS and HTTP/S.

• Have a background in automation, integration, and deployment within web development or security settings; familiarity with tools such as Github, Jenkins, and Terraform.
