Technical Project Manager – iGaming

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the delivery process for features and updates from the planning phase through to release, ensuring they align with business objectives and customer requirements.

• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to establish project goals, deliverables, and criteria for success.

• Lead the execution of projects throughout all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring smooth transitions and teamwork across various groups.

• Proactively identify potential risks at an early stage and implement strategies to mitigate them, keeping projects on schedule.

• Provide clear and transparent updates regarding project status, risks, and progress to stakeholders and senior management through comprehensive reporting.

• Manage vendor relationships, oversee third-party API integrations, and address any compatibility or performance challenges.

• Enhance project management processes and promote learning through post-project reviews and the implementation of feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a delivery or project management capacity within the software development sector.

• Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams to deliver features on schedule and within scope, with a thorough understanding of the features involved.

• Relevant experience in iGaming technologies and third-party integrations.

• Strong grasp of Agile methodologies.

• Experience in managing third-party integrations and APIs.

• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management capabilities.

• Outstanding communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate both technical and business concepts effectively.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving with robust risk and issue management skills.

• Enthusiasm for scalability, process enhancement, and promoting a collaborative team environment.

• Experience in conducting effective Post-Mortem analyses and implementing necessary changes.

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certifications are advantageous.
