Technical Project Manager, Healthcare Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You gain firsthand insight into clinical processes by visiting clients and converting their requirements into technical specifications.

• You establish technical integration concepts with acute care hospitals, post-acute facilities (such as nursing homes), and partners.

• You oversee integration projects from start to finish, managing everything from specifications to implementation and validation at client locations.

• You coordinate development teams, clarify interoperability requirements, and ensure the dependable delivery of new interfaces.

• You engage with stakeholders across teams: coordinating both internal and external teams to achieve project success.

• You empower other teams by sharing your knowledge of interoperability with Product, Deployment, and Sales teams to effectively address technical inquiries.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing technical software integration projects within the Healthcare IT sector.

• You have a comprehensive understanding of Healthcare IT environments (such as HIS/KIS/PVS) and clinical workflows in acute, post-acute, or outpatient settings.

• You are technically proficient with interoperability standards like HL7 v2, FHIR, and REST APIs.

• Ideally, you are familiar with the Telematics Infrastructure (TI).

• You have a solid grasp of agentic AI tools and can provide practical examples of how you have utilized them in your workflows.

• You demonstrate a strong ownership mentality and can independently drive initiatives in fast-paced environments.

• You have a proven track record of successfully delivering software projects in the healthcare industry.

• You exhibit excellent stakeholder management skills and possess strong communication abilities with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• You think critically and can transform ambiguous requirements into clear technical specifications, workflows, and actionable work packages.

• You are fluent in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
