This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Collaborate with capacity planning and datacenter architecture teams to align server and rack specifications. Convert project needs into hardware inputs for procurement and ODM manufacturing.
• Break down essential components such as CPUs, memory, drives, NICs, and other vital parts. Ensure that the procured components are compatible with the necessary server configurations.
• Place and monitor production orders with ODM partners. Oversee BOM readiness, component availability, and production schedules.
• Manage a portfolio of production projects across various projects and vendors. Keep track of risks, blockers, dependencies, and recovery strategies.
• Proactively escalate issues, including BOM challenges, shortages, quality concerns, factory delays, payment issues, export license complications, and changes in deployment schedules. Visit factories as needed to assist with quality control, production execution, and timeline recovery.
• Monitor related processes such as POs, invoices, export licenses, payments, logistics arrangements, and necessary documentation.
• Provide stakeholders with regular updates on production status, risk assessments, and decision points.
• Facilitate issue resolution across planning, procurement, production, testing, logistics, delivery, and deployment.
• Implement continuous improvements after each production cycle. Enhance ODM requirements, supplier expectations, internal processes, reporting, and tooling. Collect feedback from deployment and operations to inform future production enhancements.
• Experience in managing complex hardware production, manufacturing, supply chain, infrastructure, or datacenter delivery projects.
• In-depth knowledge of modern server architectures, particularly high-performance GPU-based setups.
• Familiarity with server components and the ability to configure hardware for varying service requirements.
• Capability to swiftly adapt to new server platforms, components, and technologies.
• Proven experience collaborating with ODMs, OEMs, factories, hardware vendors, or contract manufacturers.
• Experience with BOMs, component planning, production schedules, and factory operations.
• Strong project management abilities, including the use of Gantt charts, milestones, dependencies, and risk management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to perform well under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and vendor management capabilities.
• High sense of ownership, structured thinking, and the ability to drive workflows beyond the narrow scope of a TPM role.
