Technical Project Manager – GTM Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct the comprehensive delivery of technical projects across various workstreams.

• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to establish and implement delivery strategies.

• Monitor project advancement, recognize risks and issues, and facilitate prompt resolutions.

• Provide consistent status updates to leadership and relevant stakeholders.

• Coordinate efforts with engineering, product, and business teams to guarantee alignment.

• Manage timelines, delegate responsibilities, and ensure effective project execution.

• Develop and sustain strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in IT project or program management.

• Proven experience in managing technical programs and application development projects.

• Strong technical foundation with experience as an Engineering Lead or Program Lead (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Marketo, CPQ, EDH, or similar platforms).

• Outstanding communication skills, capable of engaging with both leadership and technical teams.

• Solid experience with Agile methodologies.

• Practical experience with tools such as Jira, Microsoft Teams, Airtable, and SharePoint.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, although not mandatory for highly qualified candidates.
