This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Direct the planning, execution, governance, and delivery of strategic technology projects.
• Establish and monitor project plans, timelines, milestones, resources, and success metrics.
• Oversee scope, budget, risks, issues, impediments, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning business, architecture, development, QA, infrastructure, and security.
• Ensure alignment between strategic goals, business priorities, and technical execution.
• Conduct progress meetings, governance forums, and presentations for executives.
• Prepare and convey status reports, metrics, risks, decisions, and next steps.
• Maintain open communication with leadership, technical teams, and stakeholders.
• Facilitate decision-making and the resolution of critical challenges.
• Assist in prioritization and management of scope changes.
• Monitor quality, predictability, and conformity of deliveries to established standards.
• Support digital transformation efforts, application modernization, and the advancement of corporate platforms.
• Ensure that deliveries meet quality, security, compliance, and operational standards.
• Connect business requirements with the teams responsible for technological implementation.
• Manage dependencies across projects, teams, systems, and vendors.
• Encourage collaboration among distributed teams and international stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes, governance, and delivery practices.
• Contribute to fostering accountability, transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Proficient in advanced English (C2) with the capability to communicate in an international setting.
• Experience in leading technology projects involving software development, enterprise applications, modernization, or digital transformation.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and technology solution delivery methodologies.
• Proven track record in managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional teams across business, architecture, development, QA, infrastructure, and security.
• Experience with project governance, executive reporting, and communication with senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe methodologies.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Project.
• Ability to align business objectives, functional requirements, and technical priorities.
• Experience in change management, problem resolution, and escalation of critical issues.
• Capability to monitor metrics, milestones, success criteria, and delivery quality.
• Nice-to-have: experience in the financial sector, application modernization, digital transformation, cloud migration, AWS, Microsoft Azure, enterprise applications, PMO, portfolio management, technology consulting, compliance, and technology controls.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, SAFe Agilist, AWS, Azure, DevOps, or digital transformation are advantageous.
