📋 Description

• Oversee project scope by collaborating on the establishment of goals, deliverables, tasks, milestones, and managing change requests as necessary.

• Spearhead project planning and monitoring progress, partnering with the team to provide estimates and schedules to guarantee timely fulfillment of project obligations.

• Act as team leader, assembling cross-functional teams with diverse skill sets, assessing performance, fostering team motivation, and resolving conflicts to ensure optimal productivity.

• Create and implement risk management strategies, recognizing potential risks and formulating mitigation plans.

• Liaise with business stakeholders, including clients, account managers, and internal teams, to ensure alignment with project goals and context.

• Record QA processes, implementation methods, ad formats, and technical specifications to facilitate internal knowledge sharing.

• Assist in the launch of new products and the execution of technical integrations for new advertising vendors in conjunction with product and revenue teams.

• Guarantee adherence to privacy, data protection, consent, accessibility, and other regulatory standards, conveying technical implications to revenue and development teams.

• Analyze performance data in Google Ad Manager, SSPs, and other third-party platforms, offering insights and recommendations for enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a Technical Project Manager role or a similar position.

• Proficiency in working with CMS-based products and a solid understanding of the distinctions between CMS and non-CMS platforms. Familiarity with systems like WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, Sitefinity, Kentico, or equivalents is preferred.

• Experience with both Fixed Price / Fixed Timeline and Time & Materials delivery models.

• Strong grasp of traditional and agile project management methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and hybrid delivery models.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to facilitate effective collaboration with teams and manage stakeholders and clients.

• Capability to comprehend high-level requirements and translate them into clear documentation for developers, encompassing acceptance criteria, use cases, and functional descriptions.

• Strong teamwork abilities when collaborating with business, product, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Proficiency in reviewing and providing feedback on user stories crafted by the product team to ensure they satisfy the Definition of Ready.

• Technical insight into the systems and technologies being developed, facilitating clear communication of technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to maintain and disseminate project reports to monitor progress against team objectives, including preparing presentations for executive leadership.

• Experience in identifying and reporting risks, along with defining action plans and mitigation strategies.

• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Excel, Notion, and Confluence.

• Understanding of data tracking tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, with basic knowledge of interpreting dashboards.
