Technical Project Manager – Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the full spectrum of multiple simultaneous projects, from initiation to post-launch evaluation.

• Play an active role in shaping and enhancing our internal delivery organization. You will assess our existing "chaos," suggest scalable process enhancements, and standardize our progress reporting and risk management practices.

• Lead Scrum ceremonies and adapt them to meet the unique demands of our startup culture. You will serve as a mentor to the team, demonstrating what "good" Agile practices look like in our context.

• Serve as a liaison between engineering and client objectives, ensuring that our processes foster, rather than obstruct, technical agility.

• Some travel may be required, with an expectation of 20% travel.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience in technical delivery or project management within the AI or SaaS sectors.

• Organizational Mindset: A proven track record of not only functioning within a system but also *developing* one. You have experience in creating or optimizing delivery processes in a growing startup environment.

• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to mentor others on best delivery practices.

• Excellent communication skills—capable of navigating both technical and non-technical conversations effectively.

• Highly *adaptable* and at ease with shifting processes and priorities.

• Ability to work within imperfect systems and *gradually enhance them over time* instead of seeking immediate perfection.
