This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee multiple deployment and migration projects of customers into 11:11 Systems simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Ensure project deliveries meet milestones, timelines, and budgets while achieving successful outcomes for customers.
• Take full ownership and provide support services to fulfill customer commitments.
• Adhere to 11:11 Systems project management practices and apply sound judgment to each project utilizing suitable tools for the scope of work.
• Create and enforce processes and best practices for cloud migrations.
• Manage ticket escalation processes and ensure consistent adherence.
• Develop support best practices and enhance the support management framework as necessary.
• Identify potential risks or gaps and provide mentorship to team members within the cloud integrations organization.
• Communicate project needs and trends to key stakeholders, offering recommendations on ongoing integration requirements.
• Oversee and improve existing tools and automation used in service operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams on migration requirements for both new and existing services.
• Align customer and internal staff expectations by effectively communicating milestones and deliverables to all stakeholders involved.
• Promote communication and transparency among all teams involved in project delivery, including customers.
• Work with vendors to address integration needs.
• Ensure all escalated customer tickets are addressed and, if necessary, forwarded to vendor support promptly.
• Improve team efficiency by taking ownership of new and diverse requests, exploring avenues to enhance job achievements.
• Collaborate constructively with colleagues, adhering to 11:11’s Code of Business Ethics and Company Values.
• Manage the receipt, transmission, and handling of all company data and information in accordance with Company data handling agreements, procedures, and policies.
• Review and comply with company policies and guidelines, including data privacy practices, annual compliance training, and policy acknowledgments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Associate's degree in project coordination or 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proven experience managing technical projects across teams within an organization.
• ITIL experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset.
• Results-driven and organized, with the ability to plan and meet deadlines while motivating others to achieve results.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the assigned country without visa sponsorship.
