Technical Project Manager – Data

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Lead data delivery projects, serving as the primary liaison among Data, Finance, and Accounting stakeholders.

• Leverage a robust background in data architecture (Data Lakes, ETL/ELT pipelines, transformation frameworks, reporting systems) to convert intricate financial and accounting requirements into actionable plans.

• Oversee comprehensive project tracking, sprint planning, cross-track dependency mapping, and milestone execution while ensuring alignment between engineering backlogs and finance transformation goals.

• Facilitate smooth cross-border collaboration from Mexico, utilizing fluent English and Spanish communication abilities to resolve operational hurdles and provide executive-level status updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in Technical Project Management / TPM roles within data engineering settings.

• Practical knowledge of data pipeline concepts (ETL/ELT, Data Warehousing, SQL, Cloud Data Architecture).

• Demonstrated experience in managing Agile workflows (Scrum/Kanban) using Jira or comparable tools.
