• Oversee the complete execution of technical marketing launches and roadmaps, from intake and planning to launch, quality assurance, and performance analysis.

• Handle daily project planning tasks through team standups, project management tools, and regular project meetings — actively eliminating and mitigating risks and obstacles.

• Convert campaign and product goals into comprehensive technical implementation plans, aligning stakeholders on requirements, dependencies, and execution strategies.

• Create and sustain detailed project plans and roadmaps that delineate scope, timelines, and dependencies to guarantee high-quality and timely delivery.

• Initiate, schedule, and lead project meetings with engineers, decision scientists, business analysts, and product managers; document notes and follow up on action items.

• Collaborate with teams to develop and drive the roadmap and tactical activities toward key project objectives, ensuring projects are prioritized, added, or removed as necessary.

• Maintain visual executive-level roadmaps reviewed at least monthly.

• Manage campaigns from start to finish, including hands-on configuration within internal tools (targeting, pacing, surface selection, asset uploads, etc.).

• Support the comprehensive delivery of marketing workflow application development projects, partnering with Software Engineering, Product Management, and Data Engineering teams to define requirements, monitor progress, and ensure technical builds meet marketing operational needs.

• Utilize campaign adoption metrics, survey data, and performance analysis to assess project impact; apply marketing analytics expertise to identify significant trends and opportunities.

• Collaborate with Decision Scientists and Data Engineers to provide standard, centralized marketing performance reporting across brand sentiment and performance marketing initiatives.

• Develop performance summaries and internal updates that highlight key insights, outcomes, and actionable recommendations — translating data into clear narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Drive continuous improvement by linking analytics insights to campaign strategy, targeting, and execution modifications.

• Ensure the team focuses on the correct priorities; assist in resolving and mitigating roadblocks and delivery risks.

• Maintain and transparently communicate expected timelines across stakeholders.

• Contribute to best practices, documentation, and process enhancements across campaign and project operations.
