Technical Project Manager — Building Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Coordination of technical assessments and planning.

• Conducting surveys and documenting details specific to heating, ventilation, building services, and structural elements to serve as the foundation for project planning.

• Preparation of detailed quotations and measurement documents, along with close collaboration with specialist planners to ensure accurate and feasible execution planning.

• Overseeing site coordination with subcontractors and clients.

• Organizing, managing, and supervising external contractors on-site while adhering to schedule, cost, and quality standards.

• Continuous coordination with clients and partners to facilitate smooth project progression and prompt resolution of technical challenges.

• Managing project documentation, invoicing, and follow-up to maintain transparency and cost-effectiveness.

• Providing technical and disciplinary leadership to site managers and coordinating internal project stakeholders.

• Supporting and monitoring building services systems in collaboration with the central control room and client representatives.

• Identifying and executing opportunities for technical and organizational improvements to enhance efficiency during ongoing operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree or completed vocational training in supply engineering, building services engineering, or energy and environmental engineering.

• Familiarity with VOB/B and experience in managing multiple site managers and service providers.

• A structured, results-driven work ethic, along with flexibility and a willingness to travel.

• Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and negotiation abilities.

• Proficient in written and spoken German.
