This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Design and oversee technical solutions for projects and service delivery requirements, involving technology stack and implementation choices.
• Stay actively engaged in development activities, conducting code reviews, troubleshooting, and upholding development standards.
• Create project plans, delivery schedules, estimations, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution.
• Collaborate across design, QA, engineering, and stakeholder teams to manage expectations, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Monitor project advancement, proactively identify obstacles, and implement solutions to sustain momentum and adhere to delivery timelines.
• Manage scope alterations and clearly communicate technical and business trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical decisions, workflows, processes, and project insights.
• Tailor communication style effectively for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Assess and recommend tools, technologies, and process enhancements to improve efficiency and product quality.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams, contribute to a positive workplace culture, and support overall business objectives.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in software development, project management, product management, or a similar hybrid technical leadership position.
• Strong technical knowledge with the capability to engage in technical discussions and make informed architectural choices.
• Proven experience leading projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing timelines and deliverables.
• Demonstrated capability to balance hands-on technical tasks with strategic planning and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work effectively in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify intricate technical concepts.
• Highly organized with robust time management skills and the capability to juggle multiple priorities.
• A collaborative and proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
• Ability to work independently while effectively contributing within a team setting.
