This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to collect, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Document current (“as-is”) workflows and design enhanced (“to-be”) processes to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
• Convert business needs into clear functional and technical specifications in partnership with the development team.
• Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate solution feasibility, business impact, and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, dependencies, and delivery estimates.
• Lead Agile delivery ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Proactively identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks, issues, blockers, and delivery concerns.
• Coordinate with development, QA, and business stakeholders to facilitate testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), implementation readiness, and successful production deployment.
• Keep accurate project plans, status reports, RAID logs, and delivery documentation.
• Ensure alignment among business, technical, and operational stakeholders throughout the project delivery process.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Technical Project Management, IT Project Management, Business Analysis, or similar technology delivery roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading software development lifecycle (SDLC) initiatives utilizing Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in managing cross-functional technology projects that involve business stakeholders, engineering teams, QA, and operational users.
• Strong grasp of requirements management, delivery governance, risk management, and solution implementation practices.
• Experience in fast-paced, evolving technology environments with multiple concurrent priorities is preferred.
• Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PMI-PBA, CBAP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent certifications.
