This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete delivery process for intricate web and technical projects, from initial discovery to ongoing maintenance and support.
• Proactively manage the project's scope, schedule, and budget, conduct standup meetings, anticipate impacts across teams, and ensure accountability for commitments within the team.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the duration of the project.
• Convert complex technical details into clear and understandable communication, confidently present delivery plans during client meetings, and prepare documentation for client-facing interactions.
• Facilitate daily collaboration between development and project management teams.
• Negotiate resource requirements, collaborate with engineering to identify scopes or technical strategies that minimize costs or risks, create development tickets, and ensure consistency in handoffs, reporting, and post-deployment support.
• Take charge of process optimization for your projects and contribute to the overall methodologies of the Project Management Office (PMO).
• Investigate AI tools and trends relevant to enhancing project delivery efficiency. Share findings with colleagues and help promote the adoption of improvements to our project management and delivery toolset.
• Over 5 years of progressive project management experience in a digital agency or consulting environment.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex web projects, including oversight of scope, budget, schedule, and client communications.
• Prior development experience is highly desirable.
• Strong expertise in Drupal and/or WordPress to lead technical discussions with engineering teams without needing developer assistance.
• Comprehensive understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, with experience mentoring others on these processes.
• Experience working alongside sales or client development teams in scoping, estimating, and developing proposals.
• Knowledge of AI tools pertinent to project delivery, with a proactive approach to researching and sharing valuable insights with colleagues.
• Excellent client presentation and communication skills, capable of simplifying technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in producing clear, professional memos, technical specifications, and project documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven success in a remote working environment.
